Rachel runs courses on a range of different topics. In 2010 she joined forces with Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and NLP trainer, Mandy Pearson and together they developed Mindful Eating – a 6 week programme which combines nutritional and psychological principles, to help people to change their eating habits, for good.
